The first introductory meeting between the cybersecurity team at King Khalid University and the Asir Education Department was held to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the two parties, emphasizing the importance of reinforcing the connection between education and cybersecurity.
The meeting’s key objectives were outlined, including establishing a strategic partnership to improve cybersecurity across the region.
Discussions also covered organizing workshops for the general public, with a focus on raising cybersecurity awareness. Several ideas for joint initiatives were explored.
